1. Discuss what you thought about creating your logo. For
starters I thought it would be a breeze to do it, but it wasn’t. I really had
to think about something that would describe me. I must have sketched 20pages
worth sketches before I realize what I wanted. but in the end it was perfect.
2. Describe the process: creative thinking skills and ideas
you used in the logo creation. Well at first I wanted I wanted to do a single
symbol but it just didn’t have that energy that would express what I thought.
Then i thought of what things that I like to do so snowboarding came to me
first. Then traveling came to me. So I started drawing a snowy mountain and an
airplane. I realize how hard it was to
draw an airplane. But in the end it came out good.
3. What was the most important discovery you made in the
creation of your logo? The most
important discovery that I made in this creation was that it’s hard to come up
with a logo to represent you. Many things represent us. So I decided to do a
logo that represents what I love to do.
4. What is the most important information you learned from
watching the videos, PowerPoint, and reading material for this project? What is
your opinion of the videos?
The most
important information that I learned is that there is a lot of trial and error
when it comes to designing a logo and sometimes the simplest solution is best
solution and you don’t have to go all out and create something crazy or
wacky. Also that it takes time a lot of
it if you want it to be perfect. The videos were helpful as well. Like in the Marmite video that process seemed
it took forever but trial and error they figured out what they had to do and
how to do it. On a side not I think I’m going to order some marmite just to see
what the craze was about.http://s1287.photobucket.com/user/wdhalai01/slideshow/
